Riverbed to Showcase WAN Optimization Leadership At Interop Las Vegas 2009

Riverbed Technology, the IT infrastructure performance company for networks, applications and storage, today announced that it will participate as an exhibitor at Interop Las Vegas 2009 taking place May 17 – 21 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. In addition, Riverbed® industry experts will lead discussions surrounding IT infrastructure performance, including the evolution of application delivery, next-generation data centers and the competitive landscape of WAN optimization solutions. As part of this year’s show, Interop will demonstrate technology at work and give attendees the opportunity to speak with operators who are hands-on with the products in the Interop NOC. Riverbed will deploy its Riverbed Cascade Profiler in a live environment as the exclusive performance monitoring tool for the conference. Riverbed Cascade appliances analyze network traffic to provide valuable information about the interactions of and dependencies between users, applications and systems.

slash replication times and reduce transfer times of 12 Gigabyte files from five hours to 30 minutes, providing a significant competitive advantage.
