As there are no calories and even artificial constituents in water it is the best option available for anyone to take as much as they want without any worry. Water is one of the best options to choose as the body needs it more than anything else to stay healthy at all times. For those that do not like to drink so much of plain water can add some lemon to it.

One of the most healthiest drink will be to have a lemon squeezed into the water as it is quite natural. Most of the people on diet take lemon water to get rid of all the waste that has accumulated in ones intestines that are the main cause for weight gain.
